Well I for one wouldn't be returning to her..... sounds like she needs to learn some bed manners and how to help a patient through a diagnose without leaving them reeling. She also obviously hasn't had a lot to do with Breast Cancer Education... as that is not what the statistics say.
Get a Breast Care Nurse ASAP
