Thanks for your advice on this one. It's really hard to know what to do as it's hard to find someone to do my job once the semester starts. Being reliable is a very important trait at work and it's hard when life is so unpredicatable. My colleagues have been lovely but I still feel bad! Im also over 55 so maybe time to think about super as well. I'm sure many others are in our situation.
