Hi Josie, You shouldn't feel bad letting others down especially work colleagues. They should be the ones feeling bad imposing those thoughts on you whilst you are ill. Are you able to take some time off? Here I am preaching and I didn't go back to work because I didn't want to let anyone down!!! I knew my health was too unpredictable to return to work. I'm just over 55 though and was lucky enough to be able to access my super. At the end of the day you really have to think about what's best for you. Hope it all works out for you. XLeonie
