@Sister you might be surprised there might be a group nearby - worth a look when you are ready. Encore the free 2 hour hydrotherapy course run by the YWCA is fantastic too - there is one at the Hampstead centre not sure how convenient that is but well worth your time and petrol if you feel up to it.It runs for 8 weeks.
