Hi Susan, Well done, one down. Now the best advice I was given was "Go with the flow". When you feel sluggish = lie down; when you feel well (especially on the pre-meds) do whatever you need to; etc etc. Try not to push yourself. Also eat when you feel hungry and whatever you feel like - it really is a time to "bow out" of routine. Gee I sound like your mother - just hope it is helpful advice to you.
