You had me in tears ready your post. I am so glad you have found yourself again. Volunteering is such a good idea and will give you a sense of purpose. That's why I love this site so much. When I first started 'blogging' I felt so dreadful about this whole journey and so very much alone even though, like you, I had a beautiful, loving family. It did not take long for me to realise that I love helping people. It is so fulfilling and rewarding.
Good on you for getting counselling which has most likely given you a fresh start.
