not sure

hi all l not sure was told by my breast care nurse, that if l get sick  in the next twelve months ie cold what ever that l was to see the doctor and go on antibotics cause you body is stilll repairing itself from chemo ended 22nd dec 2010 and radation march 2011 , so have extermely sore throat, sore body {aches } headache no temp

so up to local hospital l go this am see the doctor whom says  its viral infection if you get worst come back, l explained what l been told re breast care nurse but she said if you still dont feel good tommorrow then come back.  

lm so confussed as to who do l listen to and believe.

l really feel like a truck has hit me [as in not feeling well}
