Hi everyone. Just touching base to let you know how Im going in my battle to loose 16kg so i can have my reconstruction. Im 7 weeks into my diet and have lost 7 kilograms. Im amazed that it has come off. Yes its an effort and Im getting bored with eating well, but when I see the kilos going Im feeling better about the work. To let you know what Im doing...Im eating Lite n easy for tea and soups for lunch and just my usual breakfast of cereals or the belvita biscuits. So 7 down and 9 to go, but Im feeling healthier and happier in myself. I was warned about loosing weight too quickly and then putting it back on, so i think 1 kilo a week is about right.
