I think you'll find the taxol easier especially if it can quickly reduce the tumours. Adriamycin is very strong and it makes you run down so don't start thinking it is only the cancer causing this fatigue. It will improve and I have everything crossed the taxol starts shrinking the tumour for you. I was breathless on chemo too despite perfect bloods. It was hard but it did get better. Kath x
