I had an axilla clearence about 6 weeks post bilateral mastectomy. I had 24 nodes removed on the left side. Not fun but doable lol. Best advice I was given is to keep using your arm, do the excersizes and be patient. Take your pain reliever as needed.its taken me about 4 weeks to be about 90%. I still won’t pick up anything heavy or reach to hang washing.
