Hi @Mic80. I had about 16 nodes removed at the time of my mastectomy and that was a longer recovery than the mastectomy. I work as a veterinary nurse so took 3 weeks off to recover from the full surgery and then went back on lighter duties (I also had chemo after this so had to be careful). Just make sure to do all your exercises and keep and eye out for any symptoms of cording or lymphodema. Best of luck for your surgery xoxooxx
