No. of lymp node's removed

Hi, i had 13 lymph nodes removed with 8 being  affected. 
I keep thinking how many nodes do we have,  and i guess the more removed the more impact!!!

    Auxiliary clearance means they take ALL your lymph nodes. We all have different amounts. I had 18 removed and no cancer in any.

    I had 12 removed but i think not everyone has the same number. I think with an axillary clearance they take the level 1 & 2 nodes but leave level 3 so it reduces the risk of lymphedema although some have more or less taken.
