No more surgrey, Yay!

Went back to the Docs for Pathology results on Tues and all is good, she even took out the drain too. Woohoo!

The extra tissue that was taken out, was all clear and they ended up taking 8 lymph nodes out with 5 having tumors in them.

Bone scan results finally came back and there was some activity showing at the base of the skull, so had to have a head ct scan on Tues morning before Doc Appoint.  But, that came back all good too. 

My arm is slowly getting feeling back and I'm doing the physio exercises like a good girl.  The Physio is coming over this arvo to check on me, so I hope she doesn't give me too many more to do. :o)

Sleeping is still a bit of an issue to get comfy, poor Tony wakes up everytime I toss and turn.  But, he won't let me sleep in the spare room, bless him.  I scored a lovely little pillow from my Breast Care Nurse when I was still in hospital, so that has helped. 

The Docs have given me up to 3 months before I need to start chemo.  So, that we can give ivf another try.  Tony and I are thinking that we will only try 1 more time, as it is very emotional and if I only produce 1 egg again, then we need to acknowledge the fact that maybe we just aren't meant to get some embryos on ice at this point in time.....

Well, I hope everyone is having a great week and have some great plans to spoil their Dads on Sunday.
