Nipple tatooing

Hi not sure how long you need to wait. I have had mine done and I'm happy with it. Not sure where you live I had mine done free at a cosmetic tatto school, they were so good I wasn't going to have it done but PS said I needed to finish things and I'm glad I did. Thank you Jane. I'm not due to see my surgeon again until January..I was hoping to get them done in time for Christmas...that would be 3 years for me and I think that will be my closure. Hope you are well and thank you for responding x

Hi Susan, generally you need to wait at least 3 months before you can tattoo following nipple reconstruction but it may be a bit longer depending on how well everything has healed etc so always good to check in with your surgeon and make sure they are happy for you to proceed.
