Nipple discharge

hi a random question hope someone has an answer I,m 10 weeks since finishing radiation and nearly 5 months post left breast conserving surgery. I'm on anastrozole for hormone therapy. I have recently noticed a colostrum like discharge from my nipple. Would this be the tablets or something else I,m 20 years post menopause and my last baby is 32 and it's similar to the before birth crusting
