Next steps

So I have been doing a lot of research and preparation for my next appointment and treatment plan. At this stage I am in the public system so don't know what my options will be... In an ideal world my preferred approach is bilateral mastectomy and immediate reconstruction using abdominal fat... I have a pergola to spare after 2 c- sections so a tummy tuck would be welcome :-) I am in SA so anyone who can recommend surgeons or share their experience would be most welcome Chris

    Hi Chorsell,

    There is a fantastic group on here dedicated to Breast Reconstruction, it has a lot of information about the different tyes of surgeries, what to expect & tips on what to ask....it's a very overwhelming time & I found the support the group offered was priceless.
