I had 4 AC followed by 4 Taxatere & my Herceptin started with the Tax and continues for another 9 months afterwards. No rads for me but under the knife for double mastectomy and reconstruction. No breaks in treatment but I had to recover from chemo before surgery though. As everyone is different, nothing really is not out of the ordinary. Just get all the answers from your team so you understand your treatment plan. Sending you big hugs for your journey. You will get through.
