Next step to this Journey Breast Cancer

Hi everyone,

Got a call from my surgeon today on the rest of my results. So now it is HER2 POS. not what I wanted to hear but you just have to keep a positive frame of mind I guess. Looks like Chemo and Herceptin, off to the oncologist next Tuesday.

Thanks for listening or rather reading

Cheers  Jen ??

I understand, it's the not knowing and waiting for results, and then they tell you. It's like being hobbled with the unknown ahead . And when you're a busy capable person, it's so frustrating. Most of my tears during my treatment were from sheer frustration. All I wanted was to get on with the getting better bit, and then there were speed humps along the way that hold you up even more. Thinking of you, and hoping that your treatment goes smoothly without too many speed humps. ??????

  • Thank you Trace,

SInce my diagnosis I have taken everything in my stride, I am a strong person by nature but today threw me for six, I think it is the unexpected, side affects of treatment, silly things I think of like how much it will slow me down in my everyday life.  I am on a farm and I am always busy, I guess I will have to learn to deligate ?

    Jen????x
