Today I saw my surgeon and I do not need any more surgery, that's a blessing.
He told me I needed 12 months of chemo yuck!
I've got to have a year of the herception I think it is
And 6 months combine...

It is doable, I am on my 4th month of 6 months of chemo when I finish I continue with the 6 more months of herceptin alone.
Like Sillysam said each chemo drug is different, each regimine is differnt and how we react to each one is different. My reginime is TCH (Taxotere, Carboplatin and Herceptin for my 6 months of chemo), and my side effects haven't been too bad, fatigue, lack of appetite or interest in food have been my worst side effects and I have had very little nausea (1 days after my first cycle of mild nausea, then when I told my oncologist he gave me another anti nausea drug with my chemo and this is gone too) and NO vomiting.
I am bald and have been since my 2nd cycle (so for about 2 months now), like Sillysma said,I also recommend cutting your hair short or shaving it once it begins to fall out, when mine began I got my husband to give me a number 2 crew cut, and then I shaved off the last little prickles a week or 2 later (those that hadn't fallen out yet, becasue they were making my scalp sore and uncomfortable, (like lying on cactus spikes, or velcro, or that feling you get when you have been slack and not shaved your legs for a while and they rub the wrong way on the sheets or your socks or pants etc <YUCK>.
