Well done Nat, I'm so happy to hear your positive vibe in your post and that you have embraced the help of others. I found it very difficult at first too (being a dooer by nature) but a huge relief once i learnt to say 'yes please that would be wonderful /helpful ' etc!! I also learnt to say 'id love to see you/speak with you...but at the moment im resting/need to conserve my energy" etc!! People do understand ;)
