I had my right nipple removed in October 2013 - told I had a melanoma but secondary pathology showed it as a breast cancer. I then had sentinel node and axial biopsies and got the all clear. Have today completed 20 rounds of radiation therapy 'to reduce the risk of recurrence from 25% to 8%'.
And it was only when seeing a different radiation oncologist today that I was told I had Paget's disease - I'm still shocked, feel I have only been told half the story. Have more questions than answers right now.
How are all you ladies getting on?
