I hope all goes well with the treatment you are receiving for the LS (Lichen Sclerosis), but I would advise you keep an eye on your areolas also, mine never showed any signs of discolouration, it was mainly the nipple that was itchy (drove me crazy) and then would get crusty and sore, I tried all sorts of creams that my GP prescibed to no avail, that is when he finally sent me to a dermatologist who then did my first biopsy by removing the very tip of my nipple, and from there the rest is ongoing history.
