Newly Diagnosed Pagets Disease

I had never heard of the Pico bandage system. I hope that is good! They took out all the tissue from my Aerolea back to the chest wall. it was like they took an ice cream scoop and took it all out then filled it up with muscle and fat from around my back and ribs and forced it up through the bottom of my boob. It is still really sore around my ribs. I had radiation therapy for 6 weeks on the whole area and then another week just over the initial site that was removed. How are you coping with the radiotherapy. I was so hot and burnt by 17th treatment I told my oncology radiologist I just can't take any more of it and I wanted to stop radiotherapy. She advised me that if I stop treatment I have a 65% chance of it returning. She gave me a week off treatment and I was fine once I resumed. I have multiple sclerosis as well so I was getting a LOT of NERVE pain. It was so hard. I felt exhausted all the time and angry and hot and totally unsupported. My partner ran away....during this period and my family and friends deserted me. It was a horrible time so I decided to drink myself to death. Thank God things changed and I am in a much happier place. I am sending you healing energy and I really hope you have plenty of support and love during this time. It is the most misunderstood disease. 

The treatment for cancer exhaustion is exercise....the treatment for M.S. exhaustion is total rest. So nobody new how to deal with me....lol.
