Try not to think too far ahead cos it can become overwhelming.Whether to have another child is a decision for way down the track. You can't be sure how you will feel in a year or two.On this bc ride, you can't even predict how you'll feel next week! You can maybe have a think about it but then put it on the"shelf"to be looked at later.Just concentrate on the decisions you have to make soon. From my experience,it took me (both times)about 2 years to feel confident in my health again. It is normal for you to feel scared on and off at the moment. Seeing a psychologist to get some coping strategies is a good idea. But ultimately, getting some distance from this bc episode is what will give you back some confidence. You may feel a little better when your doctor answers all your questions. Then you can make your decisions and feel more in control of your situation. The waiting and the unknown are the hardest parts of this journey-it can do your head in.I find it helps to keep really busy during those times.I'm sure your little daughter will help with that! Best wishes and hugs - Tonya xx
