Take it one day at a time and one process at a time. It is very full on when you are first diagnosed. No matter what treatment is ahead. Have you or you breast care nurse orderd the my journey kit, lots of information. Any surgery is scary and yes the neddle for the dye is not pleasant but it is doable. If you can take someone with you. I had my sister and husband ,looking back nothing funnier than them both taking turns massaging my boob.
