I felt exactly the same.. Diagnosed July, mastectomy August & I will start radiotherapy in October- nipple margin was less than favourable unfortunately??
I have told family but limited who I have told at work ... I think that is because I don't want to be pitied ..
Nope , can't flip life back to "before diagnosis " either??
This site does help- it is always there and some one will always "talk" to you. Definitely take one day at a time.
