You mention being on other medications for genetic diseases. Is your BC treatment aware of all these ?
Not all medicos know the ramifications and interactions of all drugs but perhaps there is a specially trained pharmacist in your area who can help. They are trained to know all this stuff and can perhaps give you some ideas for things to discuss with your oncologist.
Write down anything you think may be ''out of the norm'' and take that with you this week. The more they know the more they can help you get around your side effects.
