I have found with the aromatase inhibitor, the side effects do come and go. For a while, I had themtrigger finger and my need takes about 2 minutes to loosen up after I have been sitting for a while.
Small price to pay - after one year the breast lump is not palpable (I did not have surgery as it had spread already) and not visible on mammogram or ultrasound.
Take it easy - it gets better!
