Like you, I was diagnosed grade 3 Triple Negative in April, and can understand how you must be feeling. It is all so overwhelming at first. Triple negatives are rarer but there are enough of us here to give you support whenever you need it so just post if you need to talk - someone will always answer.
Your ct scan and bone scans are quick and painless, and the port is the best thing to have for easy access with weekly chemo. I had bilateral mastectomies and have just finished week 4 of 18 chemos with no side effects really - everyone reacts differently, so don't be too scared. Like you, radiotherapy will come later, but it is easier to travel this road one step at a time.
It will help when you are in a routine. Until then just take one day at a time, and come to the site often - the love and understanding you will find here are amazing. Stay strong - sending you a big hug -
