new look

I had my hair coloured,streaked and trimmed just over a week ago and I feel so much better about myself.I've stopped wearing headbands which had become my security blanket.What you see on my head is 8mths worth of hair growth.It's been a long time coming!I'll be going for my mammogram soon -can't believe it's been a year since I was diagnosed(a second time).We have just had a wonderful week away to Ballina and Port Macquarie.Back to work tomorrow with my new look- first time without headbands!

    Thanks Loretta for your nice comments.I was at the local shopping centre the other day and 2 neighbours didn't recognise me.Still trying to figure out if that is a good thing or not!

    Thanks for the new photo you look amazing. The headbands were hiding a lot of lovely hair! I hope I can have hair like that in a couple more months.

    Hi Tonya, I love your new hair cut, you look beautiful. I didn't recognise you at first without the headband lol. it must have given your self estem a real boost & I'm so pleased that you are feeling good about yourself again. Sounds like you had a lovely holiday, Ballina & Port mac are both nice places. Enjoy showing off your new hairdo at work tomorrow.
