hi there, hard to know about dimpling--reminds me of dumplings which i only have good associations with; i had lumpectomy and i saw some photos in the handbook and elsewhere but i was pleasantly surprised about my breast--i think you would have to look 'hard' to notice; however the 'site' does change from one week to another after surgery and then im having radiation and there are some new sensations with that--slightly fuller shape which i like--which may not last; so im erring on the side of unless really concerning 'let it be' --could be smaller 'filler' put in etc everything just 'settling' after surgery...
