Hi Christina, it is such a shock when you get the news. I had a cyst, no big deal. I'd had them before, just needed to have it aspirated. So I thought anyway. :( but it didn't disappear, the tumour was inside the cyst, and the biopsy came back positive. Had a mammogram and ultrasound and they found 3 more tumours two of which were also positive. The good news is that your sister talked you into having a check and you have found it and can do something about it. It is a very emotional journey and unfortunately you have both sides of the coin. Not only do you have bc but you have the anxiety and stress of your sister going through it too. Take each day as it comes and be kind to yourself. Good luck with it all. Karen xox
