I had the chest expanders and silicone implants. Then separate surgery to create nipples and then tattoos to make aerola's. I am really happy with the result. Sure they feel nothing like my old boobs - but at least they are always perky now!!! I do have to be a bit careful wearing low tops without a bra, I have cleavage but if I bend down my chest kinda looks weird and concave.
I know waiting another 5 years to have kids wasn't on your agenda, but I had my first son at 33 and second at 36 and being an older parent is not so bad. I reckon it keeps us both young.
