New Breast Reconstruction Group on BCNA

Hi to All members of the B.R.E.A.S.T. Group

For some time now I have been wanting to disband this group. It was never intended to be an online group. It was an existing group meeting in Geelong at the time that BCNA started the groups site and put us on automatically.

I was reluctant to get rid of it completely as I wanted there to be some place that reconstructions could be discussed.

Now there is a "proper" online reconstruction group on BCNA that is actually functioning as a discussion group and I have therefore decided to close this one down. I urge you to go and join the new group.

Our original BREASTgroup in real life still meets up as a social group and to  support each other, but we are mostly at least 10 years out from our reconstructions. There is life after reconstruction, and we have moved many miles on from being obsessed with the breast cancer issue. It will happen to you too.
