I am a nurse, so I did my own. I am actually on clexane injections after a reconstruction at the moment and am also doing my own. I was shown a video with regards to this. I agree with Deanne, you should have instructions first.
It's not as bad as you would think. Some people get a friend or partner to do theirs if they don't like to do their own. I had a friend do some of mine as she offered.
