Can't offer a solution apart from see your physio who may give you a compression sleeve to wear for a few hours a day. It does seem to help. You get a lot of aches with Tamoxifen as well so perhaps its a combination of the two and we just have to put up with it? I thought it was just me got the tingly fingers and its nice to know I am not alone. I am 18 months post op.
