Thank you for you reply, I appreciate it very much. I am like you and making sure I eat well and exercise regularly. Having a puppy that needs walking helps with that! Your info has helped and I will also find out more about Femara and the effect on bone health as my bone density test did show some degeneration in the spine and knee regions. Food for thought.
