Your oncologist is always the best to advise, but I switched from Femara ( Letrozole) to Arimidex to see if It would reduce a particular side effect. I just changed at the end of my current prescription. It didn’t make any difference (my dear oncologist didn’t think it would!) so I switched back after three months. I had no issues at all.
