Need some advice!

Hi All,

I am 28 and single and have been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and am feeling a little out of my depth at the moment.

Although I have a great support from family and friends I really need some wise women who have been through what I'm about to go through and can help answer questions.

I live in Canberra and was hoping that there might be someone who I can meet up with for a coffee and a chat?

I'm heading to Sydney on Thursday 18 for a Breast MRI and my surgery is booked in for the 25th August.

I've rang Bosum Buddies and am waiting to hear back from them but thought I'd send a message out there as I think I'm going to need all the help I can get!

    All you girls are too young and far to gorgeous for this.  I used to think that I was young at 36 when I was diagnosed in 2007.

    Great that you have each other and this site for support.

    Hope you have all received the 'My Journey Kit" from BCNA, it is brilliant. 

    Hope you can all have a cyber coffee together.  lol.  Good luck, I am sure your head is still spinning from the shock of it all.  Once you have a treatment plan things will become a little clearer.

    im in a similar state. i was diagnosed quite recently and im 27 and single. im in adelaide unfortunately but i have found this site to be excellent so far.
