Hi Phillipa, It is such a sad disease that is not bias on who it attacks. Im so sorry that you have to go through this, you are so very young and I think that it is so dam unfair.
I have grade 2 IDC and are getting my cancer and some lymph nodes removed tomorrow 16th.
I have waited so long for this to be removed about 4 weeks from time of diagnosis to now.(a bit like you) but i am scared but relieved it is all progressing now as you will be too very soon.
I have found this site to be really helpful, it's a great place to come and express all your concerns and grief. There are so many ladies that have a great knowledge base so please don't feel shy in asking for help.
As mentioned by Tanya above make sure you get the "My journal Kit".
