Shoulder and neck pain since surgery but on tamoxifen. They say exercise but nothing has helped. Tried swimming and loads of physio. The feet could be plantar facitis. I have it and had ultrasound and there is a tear in the tendon. Worth a check no wonder hurts to walk especially in morning
