@Afraser yes that’s it...I have it under my feet and it’s worse when I first get out of bed...it’s funny I had a pedicure recently and when she masssged my feet it felt like heaven. I’m off to have a foot massage now 😊
@Sister I have a doctors appointment this afternoon I might speak to him about seeing the physio. I find non rad side of my neck hurts more 🤷♀️
