Neck & Shoulder Pain

I do get more neck and shoulder pain since being on Letrozole. Actually everywhere that was showing early signs of arthritis (and some joints that weren't). I also suspect that I hold myself much tender in the shoulders than I was pre-bc, particularly on the mastectomy side. My next appointment at the physio is to deal with that rather than the cording.
