Can't help with the neck and shoulder pain but are the weird feet caused by peripheral neuropathy? Most does improve after chemo but it can take a long time and in some cases there may be residual effects that go on indefinitely. I am never saying forever. Six years on I just got another infinitesimally small improvement in feeling on the top surface of my toes last week (feeling in my toe tips returned after nearly five years!). I have no pain (that turned out to be quite short term) but the feeling in my feet varies from almost normal, to walking on wet, ridged sand, to walking on a very thick mattress. In ski socks! Taking vitamin B helped when it was painful, I still take it - no idea if it helps but it's unlikely to do harm. Hot wax pedicures are fantastic - again, don't cure anything but my feet feel better for a week! Can walk fine and for hours, sprinting isn't on, not sufficiently confident about where my feet are. Best wishes.
