Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to share my excitement. After 5 long months I only have 1 chemo treatment to go. I cant wait and even the 5 weeks of radio to follow cant dampen my happiness. My hair has begun to grow back and I have finished councelling..all huge steps to being myself again! I am able to work 1 full shift a week with extra hours dotted inbetween. I can definately see the light at the end of the tunnell!

That's great news. It won't be long before you've been finished a year like me. I was down in Brisbane for radiation treatment this time last year.

well congratulations in getting through the chemo stage of your journey, and like most on here says, the radio is a dawdle compared to chemo, but just remember you still have to listen to your body, and rest when you need to, great to hear you are well enough to get back to work even if it is for a short time. so WELL DONE... another step nearer. Well done Jacqui. i finished my chemo last week but still have hercepten and 6 weeks of radiation.But like you i can see the end. chemo was so daunting and seemed to be going to take for ever.seems such an achievement to get through it! Congrats and keep up the good work!!!!
