just thought I should touch base. I dont get here too often these days! Im through my 6 rounds of chemo and 28 rad's. Trying to get life back to some kind of normal. Next month is my first mammogram...

Thankyou for the lovely replies ladies! I got through the mammogram and follow up consultation with flying colors! The mixed emotional roller coaster was pretty extreem for me. One minute Im in a cold sweat worrying about EVERYTHING and the next minute I was on cloud 9 with happiness.
My highlight I think with the 12 month check was seeing the radiotherapy staff and nurses again. They become such a huge part of you life. Everyone that walked past took a double look and then commented on "gosh look at you!" You look wonderful, hairs growing and your face is smiling!!"
Such a confidence boost.
