Natural therapies vs hormone therapy
Diagnosed in March this year. Lumpectomy. No spread into lymphatic system. Radiotherapy ended early July this year. I earlier had a discussion on this forum called "Arimidex - they're joking, right?" ...
Thanks @millie. I’ve started taking ground flaxseed and I’ve been taking Vitamin D for awhile to help absorption of calcium. I’ll contin to do those things irrespective of whether I decide to give HT another go.
