NATALEE trial
New thread to discuss the NATALEE trial (double blinded study evaluating use of CDK4 inhibitor in hormone positive early BC) Feel free to post if you are likely to enrol/have already enrolled :) ...
I’m very hopeful for the next generation of BC patients, CDK4 inhibitors are already showing good results in patients with hormone positive stage 4 disease, the theory that this will prevent or delay metastasis by years and years sounds promising. I really hope it works and that in 20 years time some other 27 year old will be told, it’s okay we’ve got this drug.
