Thank you Katesm. Good luck to you too for your final FEC if you are having the 3x3. I'm so sorry I to hear y have ended up in emergency twice!. I must admit that is probably going to be the problem with me as well. I spent my entire youth being yelled at by a coach telling me that pain was my friend and no-pain-no-gain etc so it will be really out of character to call someone about things but I'm not a fan of the emergency room here so I will do my best.
