Did you mean you were diagnosed as the same day as me on 20 July 2016 or Christel's diagnosis date?
Would you mind sharing how you have altered your eating habits? It would be good get to get some tips as I'd like to eat even more healthy and also practise yoga to help me along this BC journey.
